P4 controller does not work on the PC?

I had connected my Ps4 controller to my PC yesterday and wanted to do it again today. But suddenly this no longer worked. It is displayed to me on the devices but does not work in the games. It worked with my laptop. I've already tried everything. Here everything I tried but didn't work out.

Since it worked on my laptop, it must be on my PC. Can someone help?

Do the USB connections work for other things? Mouse / keyboard, USB stick etc.
