Record on Sso?

I have on my laptop (I think Windows 10) a down loaded feature that you can because the screen and I wanted to ask if you want to record on Sso how do you get the card, etc. Way? So that you only see the picture and not the funtions (I hope you know what I mean) Do I need a program there? And if so, is there something for free?

I use Bandicam for that. The trial version is free, so you can record but only up to 10min. You operate the program with self-selectable shortcuts (just be careful not to set any keys that have a function in play). You can set it to pick up outside noise or not.

OBS Studio is 100% free and no trial.
