100-150k arrive on my laptop and cellphone, but on my pc 50k or less why?

There are many factors there, range, is your laptop possibly closer to your router?

Possibly. Interfering objects, walls ect?

Possibly. Interfering receivers e.g. Smartphones and others nearby?
