What is a good down / upload to play fifa?

So I like to play fifa and watch videos on the side. In addition, there are parents and sisters who all use the Internet via mobile phone plus smart TV. The household also has a laptop. Which line do you need or which one is recommended?

I think it should be at least 150k

So nothing works under 150k line?
