Not available for free. Get a trial subscription at Wakanim. This is currently the only and best way to watch AoT S4
Unfortunately, my parents don't allow me anything with a credit card and the trial subscription is not possible with paysafe and paypal

It will be uploaded to YT with Eng Sub by a couple of people shortly after the episode is released. But Ger Sub is not available to stream legally and for free.
