Do you see the brackets left & right? I marked it red. You can carefully push this away and then the RAM bar pops out. When inserting the new RAM bar you put it diagonally in the socket and then push it down.

Why impossible? Press the levers (metal tabs) sideways to the side and the RAM will literally jump you…

I can only agree with haituga.
You can push these metal "clings" to the side and then the ram jumps up (about 45 °) and you can easily remove it.
To insert simply push in (also about the angle in which you have taken him) and press down.
Sounds complicated, but works without any problems.
