Handy Flat or Handy Flat and Internet?

What do you think makes more sense? Would you book a 100 GB mobile phone flat rate for 40 euro per month including 5G and no internet, i.e. E.g. Connect your laptop to your mobile phone internet via hotspot or would you rather buy the mobile phone flat rate (20 euro) and the internet (40 euro) separately, that would cost 60 euro. Which is more useful? When you don't use the internet for games.

I would get an internet connection and the desired volume tariff for the cell phone. 100 GB per month is absolutely not enough for me at home, I use 600 to 800 GB.

And when I connect my notebook to my mobile phone hotspot, I think how quickly it works at home on the DSL router.
