Book data flat abroad and use it in Germany?

So I would like to know if it is possible to book a flat abroad to use it in Germany. After all, there's the EU Roaming Act or what that means.

In any case, I would like to book a flat with unlimited data volume, but in Germany they are simply too expensive.

I also thought of Freenet Funk where you pay 99 cents a day, but it doesn't work abroad and since I'm sometimes in Holland or maybe somewhere else on vacation I would like to have a flat that you can use abroad can.

I've already thought about O2 free because you still have 1Mbit, but then I want to watch YT or Netflix or something and I wouldn't think it would be enough for that.

My goal is to use the cell phone hotspot to connect a laptop to the internet. But that's actually always possible, as long as I have a network on my cell phone and a flat

So someone is familiar with it and may also know where to get the best offer. As far as I know the prices in Holland are very good. I saw at least one sign there for unlimited for 25 euro a month

If you are permanently abroad (i.e. Germany), you will be given notice.

You do not have the right to use your mobile phone contract abroad permanently

Then you can e.g. Take a Magenta M from Telekom.

Here you can book the StreamOn Music & Video option free of charge.

This means that you have different partners (including YouTube and Netflix) and when using these apps this is not deducted from your data volume.

The tariff does not cost the world either and serves your purpose.

Your theory works, but it's only a matter of time how long.

Tariffs with unlimited data volume have a fair use policy for abroad. Some don't even allow you to use HotSpots for your laptop, for example.

That means if it looks like too much data consumption abroad, you can simply cancel the contract.

Don't know what it looks like with foreign tariffs, but that's definitely the case with the German ones.

This is of no use to you if your usual stay is in Holland, because most providers (or everyone I know) have ruled out permanent use abroad.

Observe the EU directive: A SIM card may only be together for 120 days in another EU country, after that it must be booked for 60 days in the home country. If you don't stick to it, additional costs may arise or the SIM card will be blocked.
