I just get the message, Comp has to be restarted to complete the setup of a device, realtec.

Didn't download anything and didn't connect anything new. Never had a message like this, what can it be?

That means what? Does that belong to the laptop operating system or has something crept in?

Belongs to the operating system, everything is fine.
