Where does this sound come from when you press the A button?

I just tried to change the language in my Microsoft Office and therefore had to install the language package again, but I canceled this and now my laptop makes the sound as if Skype was opening every time I press "a". I don't even have Skype because I uninstalled it. Already restarted my laptop and this noise annoys me so much.

Look to see if the PC set a recovery time before, it often does.
