I want an Android emulator that I'm currently running on my Windows laptop no longer to run on my laptop but on a server or something where it runs 24/7 without my accessing it. How is that possible?

That's exactly what I don't want my computer to be on… I want to outsource where it just goes.
You just have to buy another computer to do that.
Either you just let the laptop run continuously, you put an extra device on what runs continuously or you rent a corresponding server.
Isn't that also possible on a windows server? Or does it only run when jmd is online?
There are countless solutions for this. You can rent a physical or virtual server, you can set up your own computer at home accordingly…

You need a computer on which you install an OS. This computer then runs 24/7 and is thus defined as a server.
