Change Instagram password?

I somehow forgot my Instagram password, I normally always have the same thing, but it doesn't work😆… I'm in my account, but I still want to know / change my password, because I also like to use my laptop on the Want to register an account… Under Security> Password you can only change the password if you enter the old one, but I don't know that

Omg help! I have 3 ACCs, I just opened a link with another question where I could change the password, but now my main account on Instagram has disappeared! I also can't log out of one of my other accounts! 😱
