Can someone explain to me what the difference between these "laptops" is?
So between one: notebook, laptop, chrome block
I need a new (?) laptop for on the go with which I can watch DVDs. (I'm not a gambler) and my girlfriend said I should be careful what I buy. Now I looked and googled the difference, but unfortunately I didn't understand it properly and therefore wanted to ask you for advice.
Laptop and notebook are the same, just like dishwasher and dishwasher.
Chromebooks are cheap notebooks that run on an Android operating system.

Chromebooks are highly recommended! Have one yourself! And I have to improve: The software is not Android but Chrome OS. It was developed by Chrome itself.
Notebook and laptop are just two names for the same thing.
Chromebooks are weaker devices that run ChromeOS - an Android-like OS
They are just an obstacle for people who want to be productive.
