When I connect my charging cable, my laptop becomes extremely slow and some programs hang up, when I remove the charging cable everything is back to normal, why is that, I can't explain it to myself
This is completely normal the pc must then work more when the cable is connected
Is that so immediately? Immediately after plugging in, or does it take a short time? Hardware normally slows down when your device overheats in order to avoid any damage. Your laptop will be warmer when it charges!
But I can't imagine that it is because of that, or that you would notice it so blatantly 🤔
It can be assumed that the energy saving settings are incorrectly set.
You should check that.
Why, what does that have to do with the store?
It takes a little, about 5 seconds
No idea i read that because it was the same with mine
Then it's definitely not because of that, I think. Maybe a software bug, or your battery is slowly giving up. How old is she?
Is no longer the newest, about 5 years old
I agree with WillEsWissen64's answer. Check the energy settings. There are 2 categories, i.e. When a laptop is connected to electricity or operated by Batarie and you can choose separately for these cases: Compensated, energy saving or performance settings.
For me these settings can be found under Control Panel \ Hardware and Sound \ Power Options \ Edit Plan Settings \ Advanced Power settings
I'm really not an expert, but maybe it's really the battery. But first try to exclude software-related "errors", as some others have posted here
