Where do I get this from?
An original charging cable for my mobile phone (LG Q7 Plus). I bought a charging cable from a homepage, but unfortunately, e.g. My laptop doesn't connect my cell phone to this new charging cable. And when the battery is being charged, the message that the phone is charging slowly comes up every second time with the message: make sure that only the original parts that came with the device are used.

You bought a charging cable, not a charging / data cable. Therefore, your PC does not recognize the cell phone and only charges it.
Charging a cell phone via the PC always takes longer than via the charging block in the socket, so the message is normal. You should only exchange the cable if you also get the message that the cable is plugged into the charging block.
You bought a cheap cable. It does not have to be the original cable, but at least something of high quality and just make sure that it is a charging and data cable.
