Screen Tearing on Laptop with Intel Graphics?

I got a laptop and noticed that I have screen tearing on games like Minectaft. My screen has 60.056 Hz. I have already capped the fps at 60fps, but it doesn't work. What can help

In Minecraft, as Radon said, that's really not relevant. The input lag is really low compared to other games and only minimally noticeable in practice.
