When I started my laptop today and wanted to log in, my credentials could not be checked above the input field. Can someone please help me urgently!
A few more information would be good.
Local user, Microsoft account, Enterprise user (domain)?

Can you log in with another (admin) user to reset the password?
Turns off the PC and disconnect it from the mains. If the error still occurs after a restart, your user profile is probably damaged. Only a backup of a timely backup or reinstallation will help. Before that, I would still check the hard drive for errors.
