Internet restricted?

My internet on the laptop is restricted I can't use internet. I've tried many new drivers but it does not help.

Wi-Fi or wired?
Windows 10?

Network problems can be very versatile:

On the router (this no internet)
On the WLAN (password wrong, connection bad)
At the network configuration (DHCP, DNS, Gateway)
At the firewall (blocks a service or everything)

IP should be at Telekom router about 192.168.2.x, 255.255.255.0 and 192.168.2.1, Fritzbox 192.168.178.x, 255.255.255.0 and 192.168.178.1.
