Windows 10 laptop won't connect to the internet?

somehow my laptop no longer connects to the internet. There's always the error message No Internet, sighted. Can someone help me there? I urgently need to answer important e-mails.

What technique do you use? Cable, DSL?

It doesn't work wirelessly and neither does Karbel.

Have you already tried switching it off and back on again?
Switching off and on again often works wonders!

Otherwise run the troubleshooting (Control Panel → Network and Internet → Network and Sharing Center → Troubleshoot; for Win7, for Win10 it will be similar).
