Violation of §27 SMG (Austria)?

(this is a purely fictional story, of course.)

I ordered 4.3g of cannabis on DarkNet, which was intercepted by customs. I received a letter from the state court stating that I had violated §27 SMG (1).

About a week later I had a house search because of the already seized 4.3g (yes because of 4.3g GROSS WITH BAG). During the house search, about 5g of herb and 3g of hash were again confiscated. In addition, my laptop and cell phone were confiscated, because of the shock I had at that moment, I gave them my PIN.

I have no previous convictions and have never been noticed with SM (or BTM). The person I'm 16 years old and fortunately do not have a driver's license, which is why my urine with a high rate will probably not be given away to a doctor.

Everything only points to consumption, which is also true. I will definitely show remorse in front of the police staff as well as the judge.

My questions):

~ Consumption of prohibited substances could possibly be traceable in various chat processes. A confirmation that this has taken place 100% but not. Could this make the sentence worse?

~ Should I cooperate with the authorities during the interrogation or would this just be unnecessary self-incriminating? Due to the fact that I'm a minor, I can get a lawyer from the state on request.

~ Has anyone gone through something similar or knows someone and could possibly give me information about the consequences

99% of the time there will be no trial because they can't punish you for it. Your verdict would be an acquittal, one way or another.

In such cases, there will be a report, but there will be no legal consequences. The proceedings are suspended for months. The End.

The reason they confiscated everything is that you ordered it from the internet. They were hoping for a sale but they won't find it.

By the way, you can't write a complaint against people who prove in your chat history that they also smoke weed. For this they need the stuff, which would still be pointless because you don't get a penalty in Austria. Except sue there that they deal.

They could put the youth welfare office on your neck, but they only do that so that they can do anything at all. You can't end up at home for that either.

2 tips. Don't say anything during an interrogation. Not a single word, then you can't do anything either. Always have a lawyer with you and you are safe.

And: Pretend you now have psychological damage due to the aggressiveness of the police, you can hardly sleep, etc. Because you no longer feel safe. Can you get a few thousand out. I did it too, it works really well.

PS: If you get some money out of that… Show your heart and give something. I'm mega broke and need money to drink up.
