I'm from serbia & living in austria (vienna) and I should extend my stay in 2-3 days but since I'm unfortunately vorberstraft with conditional of 4 months and 1-2 years probation and no school visits or have a teaching post, I'm doing very big worries that you do not want to extend my visa and maybe send me to serbia my father is just as worried the request makes my father some thought that should not be a problem because he makes the request and not me.

I assume that the fact that you are underage saves you from being denied - assuming that your family is also in Austria. If the family is in Serbia, then the trip home is probably arranged.
