I tried to install two different Windows 7 ISO operating systems on my other notebook and each time the picture with the Windows logo freezes and I get no messages about what I have to do or what I should leave? What could it mean? Who has advice on what I can do to successfully complete the Windows 7 installation?

Can't help you with your problem, but I would definitely install Windows 10 because Windows 7 doesn't get any more support and it is very unsafe to use this version.
You could reformat the hard drive completely (i.e. Delete everything) and then try again.
Is legacy support turned on in the BIOS?
No thanks to Windows 10, this operating system drives me crazy.
I will look for legacy support in the BIOS and should it be switched on or off if you want to install Windows 7 with 64 bit?
And which format should you format the hard drive from scratch? FAT32, exFat or ntfs?
So from Windows 7 you can turn it off, just googled because I was no longer sure. If your hard drive has more than 2TB, you need to turn it off.
