Gaming laptop freezes when booting?

As stated above, my HP gaming laptop freezes every time I try to boot it up. The ventilation is then always abnormally loud. But it goes up suddenly, not at all, no matter how long I wait! I also connected a keyboard and a screen, which I don't think is a problem. Can anyone help me to start up normally?

PS, if I turn it off and on again while it is frozen everything is fine and it boots up.

Take out the battery, disconnect the laptop from the power supply and then press and hold the power button more often so that the residual voltage escapes. Then reconnect normally with the battery and power supply unit.

Often solves my problems with something like that.
