Screen freezes / screen freezes while playing?

Since 2 weeks I have to find out when playing with my laptop Screen Freezes. These freezes usually happen when I kill opponents in games like CS: GO or Gmod, or WoW wants to pick up booty. They take about 1-2s and while the whole system hangs and goes on the next moment normally, any inputs do not work either.

I do not know why it could be graphics card? Hard drive (my best guess)? And how can I solve the problem?

In Task Manager, memory, CPU and GPU are at a constant level. My laptop is the Lenovo Legion Y520, i5-7300HQ, GTX 1050, 8GB RAM.

Look in the Windows Event Viewer.

Otherwise, under Windows hard disk for errors examine.

Does the problem also occur in safe mode? If no, it is probably due to some drivers. Maybe check for updates.
