Tablet for school?

I would like to buy a tablet (next to a laptop for school (vocational school) but I'm not sure whether it's worth it.

Could someone therefore give me arguments for and against?

I think the pros and cons are always personal. What has to be done there, what kind of lessons do you have and and and. Only you can help yourself.

So it's a modern school in Switzerland. My job is more technical but also office heavy

Per:

Errors can be corrected more easily

May look neater

You may have more fun and successful learning

Depending on the tablet and school material, the tablet is lighter

You might also have a device for other things

Cons:

Studies show less success in learning

If it breaks it is more expensive than a booklet

Advantage:

Less load when carrying.
possibly more sorted
you don't need Tipex if you make a mistake or generally fewer pens (of course you need some for the exam)

Disadvantage:

costs a lot
Sheets are cheaper
It is difficult to learn because you can only have one side open and some sheets of paper can't be laid parallel.
if your tablet falls down and is repaired, you have to expect that you will not be able to access your teaching materials efficiently at first.
Teacher determines whether you can use this at all.
needs to be charged every day.

Oh and besides: all the people who are currently writing their Abitur with me and who have used a tablet are busy printing out the pages in order to study. So in the end you come back to paper anyway.

No, I don't use any of my classmates myself. Of course, I'm happy to be told about the advantages and disadvantages and some I can imagine.

Regarding the contra points 3 and 4, I can say:
