What technical requirements should my laptop have?

I'm currently looking for a laptop for myself. I need him privately and for vocational school. Now I wanted to know what kind of specifications my laptop should have in order to meet my expectations. Can you help me?

My requirements:

- must be able to run an image processing program and other programs at the same time

-In the vocational school we may create virtual computers. So for this I need several CPU cores

- I would also like to take digital notes in the vocational school. I.e. Not only with Word or a similar program, but also with a program that enables me to write notes with a pen, like on a tablet (Notes). For this I need a pen (which is not absolutely necessary) and a touch screen (I prefer to be there when I can fold the laptop down to lay it down like a tablet → I don't want a tablet!).

-I want to be able to program with different programming languages privately and also in vocational school

-I need several USB connections and, if possible, an SD card connection (for the photos from my camera)

- it shouldn't be too heavy if I want to take it with me to vocational school → the size is initially irrelevant

-possibly (this is not so extremely important) the laptop could have a way to photograph sheets of paper in order to include them in my digital records from school

- I also need an integrated medium-sized to large hard drive (preferably SSD)

- I also need a Wi-Fi connection (actually every laptop has one these days)

Which RAM, which CPU, etc. Do I need here? Maybe you even know a model that meets these requirements?
