I need a laptop for my training in September
Unfortunately I don't know my way around that
I need recommendations from you guys but I would like to stay below 1,800 euro.
Requirement:
RAM: 16GB RAM
Processor: Intel i7
Graphics card: Geforce GTX 1050 or 2060
Windows 10
Everything else is not that important.
What do you mean by recommendations? A side for it or something? (The whole thing is of course possible!)
I think you should describe what you need in more detail. "Intel i7" can mean anything and says nothing about performance.
More important questions would be e.g.:
Size of the display (13 ", 14", 15 ", 17")? ⇒ The general size of the laptop also depends on this.
Which display resolution? (Full-HD, WQHD, UHD) (touch screen?)
What programs do you need? ⇒ This also shows how much power you need.
How much SSD storage do you need?
Which connections do you need?
Do you need good battery life?
Perhaps I would recommend you to look at sites like "Notebook Cheaper". Many people I know have bought there and have always been satisfied so far!
I just took a spontaneous look. I found such a model with an RTX 2070, the latest i7 and actually what you wanted.
The whole thing for almost 1600 euro.
Nowadays there's usually only the latest generation i7 in such laptops. I rarely see older models. But you are right. An i7 can mean anything.
Nevertheless, there are huge differences, e.g.:
The Intel Core i7-10510Y has 4 cores (8 threads) with 1.20 GHz and 4.50 GHz boost
The Intel Core i7-10875H has 8 cores (16 threads) with 2.30 GHz and 5.10 GHz boost
Both are laptop CPUs and both are from the 10th generation.
