As far as I know, you have to activate the card online or by phone, i.e. By entering or specifying the identity card number, as far as I know, this is possible within the first 24 hours.
I don't know at the moment whether aldi derzheit has the medion mobile web stick on offer. But you can e.g. Insert the SIM card into the phone and use the phone as a mobile router via Wi-Fi.
