Windows error code 43 (graphics card)?

Since I wanted to improve the performance of my laptop, I watched a video on YT yesterday how to do it. After I was done and was about to start a game, the game could not be started due to "Windows Error 43, could'nt find a Graphics Card". I then went to Device Manager and saw that there were two graphics cards installed on my laptop - two different AMD Radeon cards. One read: "Not found" and the other read "No driver installed". Since it was late in the evening, I thought I would solve the problem today. I went back to Device Manager and now that the two graphics cards were shown there's only: "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" (which also has no driver, I still can't start games). How can I solve this? I would be very grateful

So I can't remember 100% but yesterday when I looked under Device Manager there was an AMD Radeon R7 (I think) 260 (this one had the problem with the driver not installed) and an AMD Radeon HD 8000 something (this one had the problem with the "Not Found")

Go to Device Manager and click on graphics card and then (search for changed hardware) maybe he will recognize it again
