Strong tremor in the hand?

Hi one day i was putting my hand on my laptop and suddenly i started to shake extremely i had strong and weak tremors and often after i had a strong tremor i felt a jerk in the middle of my torso i actually wanted to take a recording Any experts here are interested in how much I tremble but I tremble so badly that the recordings for the garbage were what can you do about it?
