Netflix unexpectedly closed the connection?

It always pops up when I want to open Netflix on my laptop, Netflix works on my phone everywhere but from one to the other day it does not work on the laptop (otherwise fold other websites aufm laptop normal) for months I try everything around the I've really tried everything on the internet, I just do not know what to do, it's not blocked anywhere, I've tried it on all the different browsers, it's just not working, I hope someone can help me

Uh… How many devices did you subscribe to? So what package did you subscribe to at Netflix? ^^
