The keyboard of my laptop spins wants to disable it completely. And I also bought an Extrenal keyboard, and now the problem is when I disable it via (regedit) the Extrenal keyboard does not work either

Why disable? Is there anything happening if you do not type? So is that tapping by itself?

otherwise just plug in the USB keyboard and do not touch the laptop keyboard and leave it alone. I did that too (not because of non-functionality, but because the external keyboard is more convenient).
