Windows 7, game needs admin rights?

I want to play soccer manager 2003 on an older laptop with WIn7.

I installed it on CD but it always tells me "Please log in with the administration rights and try again"

What I googled is this command in the accessory prompt: "net user Administrator / active: yes"

Then the confirmation came but I still couldn't start the game (which I had just installed). Laptop turned off and then I could also select Admin what I did.

I start the game and the screen turns black briefly twice, then I'm back on the desktop and done.

Tried to log in as a normal user and start the game via admin doesn't work either.

The right mouse button takes you to admin rights.

Surely you have a shortcut on the desktop to start the game?!

Right-click on it and select "Run as administrator".

Yes, already done a long time ago

Then a higher admin is required. And you can't get to it!
