Windows 10 Admin PW only normal users forget what to do?

I found my old laptop that I lost

but I forgot the PW to my account, the Admin, and can only access the user (Lukas), because he had no PW.

Can I somehow get the Admin PW or reset the laptop or get admin rights even without admin rights?
