Fortnite without admin rights on USB stick downloadable?

I started to play fortnite some time ago and think the game is pretty nice too. Only the problem is that my PC is so weak that I have 40 FPS with the least graphics. So my parents bought me a laptop for 2'000 francs / euro for the birthday, but say that I should use it exclusively for learning. In addition, I have no admin rights on my laptop.

Now I want to ask you: is there a possibility Fortnite or Epic games on a (big enough) USB stick to load and then install it without admin rights?
