No stereo on devices connected via the Audiobuxe?

For some time now I have had the problem that when I connect headphones or external speakers to my Windows laptop I don't get any stereo sound.
I've updated all sound drivers and don't know what else to do.

The socket can break. Then only one channel was transmitted. Get it tested, it's not an expensive repair.
