I would like to copy the videos from a few CDs to usb but unfortunately no device can read this cd. Bzw time my laptop then no content. In my video camera with which I recorded the videos but goes to the cd. What kind of software / program do I need to copy this cds and make it on a usb? Thank you.

Your question is a bit confusing. Can you not read out the devices or not process the information of the readout?
If the former you buy an external device and plug it in via USB. You can take the devices with the business and try it there, whether it works.
The camcorder works, so I can watch the videos on cd. Only on the laptop shows no content is displayed.

There's no control for your laptop screen. There's no relationship between one and the other.
What kind of video camera is this? Maybe the non-finished media uses a different format?
Can you connect the camera and laptop with a USB cable?
Is your laptop drive a CD or DVD drive?
