Graphics riser to adapter?

You can buy a riser that turns a mini pci into a pcie via usb3.0, but these only work with the mini pcie but not with normal 3.0. Now my question. Is it possible to take such a mini pcie to USB adapter (https://a.aliexpress.com/_B0YcDx) and then insert a mini pcie riser there (€ 26.44 24% OFF | PCI-E EXP GDC external laptop video card dock graphics card laptop docking station (https://a.aliexpress.com/_BUg6tL) so that I can use a graphics card via normal USB?

Don't think that works. I think the USB to PCIe adapter will only work for storage. This is definitely not a full PCIe slot.

In addition, you will not even get to the full PCIe x1 speed via the USB 3.0 interface, which would limit your graphics card very much.

USB 3.0 = 5 Gbit / s
PCIe 3.0 x1 = 7.8 Gbit / s
PCIe 3.0 x16 = 125 GBit / s

What is that for a notebook?

Don't you have connections other than USB such as an ExpressCard slot?

I have a laptop, but I don't want to unscrew it because it doesn't have a guarantee and thunderbold is a bit more expensive. I also know that you only have 1 lane with the pcie adapter, but with e.g. A 1060 would still be more than enough power

The problem is, with USB 3.0 you will only get about half the bandwidth of PCIe x1. And that is simply not enough to operate a graphics card properly.

If it worked, there would certainly be ready-made solutions for external graphics cards to buy via USB.

You can try it, but there are just a lot of unknowns and I find the whole thing too expensive for a test.

These Thunderbolt cases are made for just that and work 100%. In addition, they are not as expensive as they used to be. If you are looking for second-hand items you will definitely find a good deal, possibly with a graphics card.
