My daughter 8 wanted a sims4 game for the laptop so I bought it from Origin and downloaded it. In the beginning everything was good but for 3 days it has stopped working when you start the game, the music from the game but the screen remains white, and the game can no longer be closed, only by shutting down the laptop closes the game.
