Maybe someone can help me here!
I bought a laptop half a year ago and it has worked without a hitch until now. I noticed yesterday that both my bluetooth box and my headphones play the music or videos that I want to play in a totally "junky" way. Only later buckled that it had to be on my laptop, because the playback from my cell phone works great.
Maybe someone has an idea how I could fix this myself and not have to send the laptop in.
A little more information would be very helpful.
Which laptop Which components are installed?
Which speakers? Only via Bluetooth, or also via jack cable (if available)?
Define "scruffy". Do you have too many ups / downs? Do you have background noise? A loud hum?

this is the laptop.
The speaker is the Bose Soundlink Revolve and the headphones are wired via jack. By scrap I mean way too quiet, with no bass, somehow with background noise. As if it were qualitatively very, very poor and cheap products (i.e. Headphones + box)
If I play something on the laptop without a box or headphones, it sounds completely normal.
