School organization with tablet, which one?

So I'm thinking about not organizing my time in high school with staplers, etc. Anymore.

I gave reasons for this in my previous question.

Sure, a planner or something similar, a pad and a folder for exams or something, there's nothing wrong with that, but I would like to do the rest with a tablet or the like.

I have a laptop, but it would be impractical for school, but it is enough for home. I've been thinking about a Microsoft surface, but I'm not sure.

If you organize your school (and / or studies) digitally, how do you do it?

A longer battery life, possibly a USB connection, storage space, etc. (what you need for 6-8h school) would of course be important. It is less intended for leisure time.

Does anyone have any recommendations / experiences (possibly with pro / contra)?

(I know these questions already exist, but there's new technology pretty quickly, so I'll ask this question again)

I use a laptop for school and I find that much more practical than a tablet. After all, you have to type a lot, and that's really bad on a tablet.

No matter which tablet it ultimately becomes, you should choose one with active pen support.

Otherwise you will end up getting pretty dirty.

I use a laptop for school. Easier to organize and not always have to look for the binders.

I have made a folder for each subject, where I then save what I have worked out in it. If I have to take it with me somewhere, I can easily print it out.

Whenever I have to make sketches, I just do it on my laptop. I bought a drawing tablet for this, which also works pretty well with it.

I would bring along a keyboard and a pen, I have a laptop

ma

Yes, of course, when I would fetch it with a pen and possibly with a keyboard, it depends

Pl

If only I would take both.

So a pen anyway, and then a keyboard to dock on.

Yes, exactly, for me it is simply about the compact and I just want to be able to write by hand, etc. Thought someone might have experience, which is well suited (battery life us so on) …

If you already have a laptop, it's even better, then you don't have to buy a new one. When you buy a tablet with a keyboard, you basically have a laptop that would be a waste of money.

The laptop is not the newest, it is enough for home, but for school it would be too unwieldy for me, just too loud now and then (at least when the class is quiet) and takes up too much space. It doesn't fit in my portfolio either.

Besides, you can't take notes on it and all that.

That's why I'm thinking about it. Otherwise I would just take it
