Minecraft won't start for some reason?

I've started Minecraft for many years now and found that it doesn't work on my computer.

As you can see, the loading sign stops and at some point an error message appears.

On my laptop, however, everything works smoothly with the same account

Can you help me

What error message? "An error message" is not very meaningful and unfortunately there's no help.

Had to reset my pc everything worked out thanks anyway
