Because my laptop was only running on the onboard graphics card due to a problem, I have set in the BIOS that it should only use the Geforce RTX2060 and no longer the onboard card.
The problem I have now is that I can no longer start my BIOS.
When I press F2 as before, the laptop is on, but the screen has a black screen.
What can I do? Wouldn't like to unscrew the laptop as this would void the warranty.
Strange behavior… Do you have the opportunity to plug in an external monitor? If that doesn't help either, you will probably have to look how you can get to the BIOS battery in order to pull it short. There are instructions for this and how long the battery has to be out.
