I unpacked my new laptop and started it as usual, made the first set-up steps, accepted the terms and conditions and then in the account settings it started to load. Now it has been charging for about 2 hours and there's still nothing. I'm already familiar with Windows, but this is new to me. Above all, the computer should already have been pre-installed, according to the manufacturer. Is that normal or what can you do?
Thank you for the answers.
Could it be that he installed some major Windows updates first?
Just leave it connected to the power supply and work, sometimes it can really take forever.
That's what I thought, and my internet here is also very bad, but I've never had this experience and so I wanted to find out more.
That with the Internet can of course be the main reason, the last Windows update for me had several GB, which of course takes a bad connection.
