Windows 10 can't be reinstalled?

Today I tried to open my document through Windows. I was then shown a problem that Microsoft should be repaired via Control Panel.

Tried several times - again and again I was shown that there's no internet connection.

Internet existed, I could surf the Internet. I disconnected the laptop from the Internet, restarted the router, switched off the anti-virus program for the time being, restarted the laptop, switched the laptop off and on again - nothing.

On the Microsoft side, I should uninstall and then reinstall it. Now I'm unfortunately stuck with the installation… Microsoft was displayed to me for all applications, when I clicked on it for the reinstallation I get "Error in the configuration of Click-2-Run".

Microsoft is installed by my manufacturer, unlimited and free of charge for me.

Does anyone know a solution? Should I put the laptop back on again? How can I get Microsoft back on the laptop? I'm really overwhelmed…

First download the Media Creation Tool. This allows you to create a Windows 10 USB boot stick https://www.microsoft.com/...ndows10%20 The tool also packs all current updates onto the stick.

Then boot the stick on your laptop and follow the instructions of the wizard. It offers the possibility to delete everything. During the installation of Windows 10, the laptop will restart several times.

You no longer have to enter a product key for activation because it is permanently integrated in the BIOS and is automatically adopted.

After the installation of Windows 10 is complete, go to the manufacturer's website of your laptop. Download and install the drivers there.
