Looking for a PC game (worms that eat apples)?

I'm looking for a PC game that I can play with Let me lie 10-12? I played on my mother's laptop. Unfortunately, I can't find the name or the game in general and I hope that you might know what it's called? Or tips on this?

So the game goes like this from my memories: The earthworms come out of holes, and you can then grab them with the mouse and drag them onto apples and the earthworms then eat these apples & crawl away. (Maybe there were also other fruit / vegetables there) I think there were 3-4 rows with 7-8 holes where the earthworms crawled out and depending on which an apple appears.
