Okay, hey. I'm 13 years old, 165 cm tall and 44 kg heavy. I think I'm of normal weight. But my parents, especially my mother, always say I don't eat much! I think I eat enough. Today it was about 700 calories. Well, I hate eating with my family and mostly because they always eat when I'm not hungry. And I have to eat with. I mean, it's much better to eat only when you're really hungry, isn't it? And when I didn't want to have dinner with them lately, my mom took my cell phone and my laptop away… She keeps saying that I'm too thin blah blah blah. For a while she often told me that I gained weight and so on and now that? In any case, I don't feel like eating with my family anymore. Does anyone have a permanent "excuse" to eat when I'm hungry? Your parents are reasonably afraid that you may develop anorexia.

Your BMI is borderline at 16.2! And 700 kcal a day are clearly not enough. That you count calories at your age is already an alarm signal.

The rest of your comments don't sound very healthy either. Please show this answer to your parents, they should introduce you to a psychologist in real life for safety.

A clarifying conversation is needed - where both! Sides (you too) should understand each other's arguments. You probably know yourself that you are close to being underweight. Discuss - preferably with a doctor - how your weight should still develop healthily - and what you do if you stay under it.

Your body needs more than 700 Kcal per day to maintain all vital radio. What you do is malnutrition and refusing to eat normally suggests an eating disorder / anorexia.

Unfortunately, taking your laptop away will not help, but clearly shows your mother's fainting. If you can't get past the normal eating rhythm of a 13-year-old, look for a psychotherapist. You are damn thin and should eat more urgently.

Be honest with yourself. You are very underweight and hardly consume calories to lose even more weight. The view of how your body looks is already distorted.
