Why does my cat always sit down by laptops and PCs?

My 6 month old tomcat always sits down by laptops and my PC (picture) why then😂

How cute the cat is, absolutely pretty. Maybe because it's nice and warm when technical devices have been running for a long time? But why this is exactly the case, only your cat knows!

Cats like company and they like to seek protection from their humans.

And laptops are warm, they like warmth too.

Maybe she likes the radiation.

But from experience I suspect that she is looking for your closeness and wants to be noticed.

Be glad she didn't sit down on the keyboard.

When I was at the computer, my cat would always run across my desk - including the keyboard. (Unfortunately the cat is no longer alive.)

Just leave it if you don't mind.

If she only sits there when you or anyone in general is there, then she just needs attention. Otherwise, she might like the place there. My cat always had the strangest sleeping places and woe betide you put the cat basket somewhere else.

I think it's a combination of two factors.

1. Electrical appliances get warm over time. So I guess the cat goes there because it's warm.

2. If you spend a lot of time there, then she is sure to want to be close to you.
