So I was going to do a "sent this… Without a context". I just don't find a real video editing program that can help me for free. I work with Shotcut for another video, but I can't get my hearts to fly out the way I want. So I can't add reasonable animation.
So my question is whether any of you may have a free (where I don't have to sign up) and simple video editing program that can recommend all things that mark such videos (multiple layers, inserting hearts and custom animations). Ideally on a laptop and not an app. And no watermark!

You download and run the B7 plugin and it installs itself automatically. And with the plugin you can then do it
