If he wants to install the hard disk in the PC, he won't boot. When starting it stops as soon as the Windows symbol comes.

If you no longer need / have backed up the data, simply format the hard drive and reinstall Windows.

Either it is due to the drivers and the installed hardware or the wrong boot order is set in the BIOS.
